Do you charge for onboarding?
No. Onboarding is 100% free. This includes, PM setup assistance, practice analysis, workflow setup, credentialing support, claims cleanup, and even payor contract reviews or renegotiations if needed.

Do you really renegotiate my contracts with current insurance groups as part of the service?
Yes. If your reimbursement rates or terms can be improved, our team will initiate and handle renegotiations on your behalf—at no additional cost. This is one of the biggest ways we help clinics increase revenue without increasing volume.
